Water Marks on Bathroom Floor

by Rob Siddall
(Marbella, Spain)

QUESTION:

How do I remove water marks from marble floor in my bathroom. Colour is beige with veins of dark brown running through.

ANSWER:

Sounds like you have etched your marble. The water marks are not from water, but some other acidic bath product, akaline cleaning product or around the toilet it could be from urine.

You can fix this, but the solution depends on whether the marble is polished or honed. You'll find a complete explanation with step-by-step instructions in the Removing Etch Marks Guide.

Regards,
Ryan

granite countertop cleanerI highly recommend MB Stone Care Products to maintain all your marble, stone and granite countertops and floors in optimal condition. I've used other good products (Stone Tech, Miracle) but found MB Stone Care is the most reliable and effective.
