Marble Stain From Plastic Dispenser

by Megan
(Michigan)

QUESTION:

I have a cream marble top vanity, and left a plastic hand soap dispenser directly on it. After a while I notices a dark ring left under the dispenser. Pls help!!

ANSWER:

Most likely the marble stain is from the dye in the plastic leaching into the marble countertop.

Often if a colored item is left on the marble countertop surface the constant exposure to water can cause the coloring to bleed.

You wont' be able to remove the stain using typical cleaning methods, but most marble stains can be completely removed.

You'll find complete step-by-step instructions in the Removing Granite & Marble Stains ebook.

Good Luck,
Ryan

I highly recommend Stone Care Pro Products to maintain all your marble, stone and granite countertops and floors in optimal condition. I've used other good products (Stone Tech, Miracle, MB) but found Stone Care Pro is the most reliable and effective and cheaper too!
