Marble Fireplace Cooking Oil Stains

by Sara
(Ireland dublin)

QUESTION:

can some one please help i have a marble fireplace and cant get stans off it, it has stans from cookin oil that spilled and heat from fire has made it burn in. please help

ANSWER:

As I'm sure you've found out stains in marble are difficult to deal with. Once a substance has absorbed into the marble it cannot be cleaned using normal methods... spray on cleaner, wipe off, etc.

However, you can remove stains including burns and oil stains following the step-by-step instructions in the Removing Stains Manual.

This ebook manual details simple and low-cost DIY solution to removing marble stains.

If the stains are old and deep, then you may not be able to get them out completely without having a marble maintenance professional grind away the stained marble and re-finish the stone.

But almost always marble stains can be removed using the procedures in the guide.

Good Luck,
Ryan

I highly recommend Stone Care Pro Products to maintain all your marble, stone and granite countertops and floors in optimal condition. I've used other good products (Stone Tech, Miracle, MB) but found Stone Care Pro is the most reliable and effective and cheaper too!
