Cleaning Mildew on Carrara Marble Shower Tiles

QUESTION:

I have Carrara tiles with white grout on my shower floor. Because I am afraid to use any harsh cleaners, I now have a mildewy shower floor. How do I clean the grout without ruining the Carrara tiles?

ANSWER:

You're right to avoid common brand-name cleaners you find at the store. Most are too harsh and will damage marble.

But don't worry.... you don't have to live with mildew in a "stinky" shower.
