Cleaning Marble Fireplace Smoke Stains

by Caitlin Garvin
(Dublin, Ireland)

QUESTION:

I don't know what type of marble it is. I need to clean my marble fireplace, its grey and is getting smoke stained. Can you help please? thank you.

ANSWER:

You should be able to clean smoke damage fairly easily, but there are some variables that will determine how to clean it.

Type of finish on the marble, how deep the stains are, etc.

You'll find complete step-by-step instructions in the Removing Marble Stains ebook.

Good Luck,
Ryan

I highly recommend Stone Care Pro Products to maintain all your marble, stone and granite countertops and floors in optimal condition. I've used other good products (Stone Tech, Miracle, MB) but found Stone Care Pro is the most reliable and effective and cheaper too!
